Job Description
International Recruitment Specialist managing strategic host-employer accounts for CIEE, a nonprofit study abroad and intercultural exchange organization. Maximizing participant placements, renewals, sales, and hiring partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize placements through account renewals and growth of existing relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management for assigned accounts
- Prospect and cold call potential large host employers to add to the platinum team portfolio
- Oversee hiring activities and services to maximize placements and meet employer needs
- Provide expert consultation on hiring needs, participant markets, and hiring services
- Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed
- Collaborate with Seasonal Exchanges teams to support successful Bridge USA participant experiences from application through program completion
- Hire program participants for host employers in person, overseas, or virtually
- Maintain an accurate and complete sales database
- Travel internationally as needed to support program placement goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of previous customer success and/or account management experience required
- International study/work experience preferred
- Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Strong ability to multitask while overseeing daily project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and team-oriented
- Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
