Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcer supporting ManpowerGroup recruitment projects across European markets. Sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for banking, corporate, IT, and non-IT roles.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify and engage passive candidates
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights on candidate availability, talent trends, and competitor activity
- Support recruitment projects across banking, financial services, corporate, IT, and non-IT functions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition processes
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout sourcing and engagement
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or an RPO environment
- Proven experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement
- Experience recruiting for banking, financial services, corporate functions, IT, or non-IT roles
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing capabilities
- Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates
- Understanding of recruitment processes within banking, financial services, shared services, or multinational corporate environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fully remote, international environment
- Additional European language skills will be considered an advantage
