Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. Partnering with hiring managers and assessing talent in a fully remote international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best talent
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate offers and support hiring managers through decision-making
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support candidate assessment processes, including Assessment Centers and psychometric tools such as Hogan and/or Korn Ferry
- Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting across corporate or business functions, either in-house, RPO, or agency
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Experience with Assessment Centers and/or psychometric assessment tools such as Hogan or Korn Ferry will be a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced international environment
