Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing end-to-end recruitment for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. Advising hiring managers, coordinating sourcing, and delivering strong candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with sourcing teams
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection activities
- Provide regular market insights, process updates, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage offer discussions and support candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Monitor recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and candidates
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and drive operational excellence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an RPO or corporate Talent Acquisition environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and consulting capabilities
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Experience recruiting within the banking, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors is nice to have
- Experience supporting international hiring projects is nice to have
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and modern recruitment technologies is nice to have
- Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams is nice to have
