Job Description
Virtual Assistant providing administrative support and managing tasks for clients in a remote setting. Ideal for organized and proactive individuals with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence
- Track projects, ensure timely task completion, and maintain organized documentation
- Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and perform accurate data entry
- Respond to client inquiries and deliver excellent service via email, chat, or phone
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with content creation (optional)
- Provide flexible assistance tailored to evolving client needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and [Second Language]
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable with online tools and able to quickly learn new systems
- Must be able to work during US business hours
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Experience in customer service, social media management, or bookkeeping is preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot is a plus
- Knowledge of video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet is a bonus
