Job Description

Virtual Assistant providing administrative support and managing tasks for clients in a remote setting. Ideal for organized and proactive individuals with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence
  • Track projects, ensure timely task completion, and maintain organized documentation
  • Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and perform accurate data entry
  • Respond to client inquiries and deliver excellent service via email, chat, or phone
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with content creation (optional)
  • Provide flexible assistance tailored to evolving client needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and [Second Language]
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with online tools and able to quickly learn new systems
  • Must be able to work during US business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Experience in customer service, social media management, or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Knowledge of video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet is a bonus
