Job Description
Asesor/a telefónico gestionando llamadas de clientes y brindando soluciones relacionadas con productos o servicios. Oportunidad de crecimiento en línea de carrera en Konecta.
Responsibilities:
- Gestionar llamadas de clientes y brindar soluciones relacionadas con sus productos o servicios.
Requirements:
- Tener 18 años como mínimo con DNI vigente.
- Estudios: Superiores técnicos o Universitarios.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Servicio al cliente, ventas, cobranza o fidelización. Presencial o telefónico.
- Manejo de PC nivel usuario
- Disponibilidad para laborar Full Time en sede Surquillo
