Job Description

Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead operating AECOM’s infrastructure workforce programs across acquisition, management, and mobility. Driving analytics, HR technology, AI enablement, budgets, vendors, and global process change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and standardize operations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility
  • Own and manage the global Talent Strategy team budget, including forecasting, tracking, cost control, and investment planning
  • Lead data analytics and reporting; define KPIs, support dashboard development, and deliver strategic insights
  • Manage relationships with talent vendors and partners
  • Partner with HR technology business analysts to implement integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Serve as operational decision-maker for process design and optimization
  • Identify and prioritize AI enhancements and automation opportunities across talent processes and technology
  • Partner on change management for process and technology releases, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training enablement, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement
  • Establish team operating rhythms, leadership readouts, team forums, and business reviews
  • Collaborate with HR technology, IT, data/analytics teams, and regional Talent Management and Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans and continuity of critical talent operations

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies, tools, systems, and operating models
  • Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes
  • Proven ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across talent functions
  • Experience managing HR/talent technology partners, including roadmap alignment, renewals, and performance governance
  • Experience planning and driving change management for process and technology rollouts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting timelines, and competing demands
  • Experience working effectively with diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically distributed teams
  • Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available; candidates must have existing US work authorization
