Job Description
Global Talent Strategy Lead running talent operations, analytics, technology, and change management for AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm. Enabling scalable workforce processes across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Own the operational backbone of AECOM’s global Talent Strategy function across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility
- Lead and standardize global talent operations for scalable and consistent execution
- Manage the global Talent Strategy team budget, including forecasting, tracking, cost control, and investment planning
- Lead analytics and reporting, define KPIs, support dashboard development, and deliver strategic insights
- Manage talent vendors and technology partners, including integrations, upgrades, renewals, and system enhancements
- Govern process design and optimization to ensure compliance, consistency, alignment, and efficiency
- Identify and implement AI enhancements and automation opportunities across talent processes and technologies
- Partner on change management for new processes and technology releases, including communications, training, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement
- Establish team operating cadence, leadership readouts, team forums, and business reviews
- Collaborate with HR technology, IT, data/analytics, and regional talent leaders
- Identify operational risks and dependencies, drive mitigation plans, and ensure continuity of critical talent operations
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 12 years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, systems, and operating models
- Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes
- Proven ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across talent functions
- Experience managing HR/talent technology partners, including roadmap alignment, renewals, and performance governance
- Experience planning and driving change management for process and technology rollouts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting timelines, and competing demands
- Experience working with diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically distributed teams
- Advanced certifications in HR, talent, change management, analytics, or related credentials are preferred
- Experience with Talent Management and Global Mobility is preferred
- Experience in a similarly large, complex, global, matrixed organization is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future
