Job Description

Growth Assistant to support performance and growth teams at Aperture. Working on campaign builds, quality checks, and operational tasks in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support ad account builds and updates across platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Prepare assets for launch, including resizing creatives and organising files.
  • Ensure campaigns follow required naming conventions and structures.
  • Assist with setting up ads, ad sets, and campaigns accurately and consistently.
  • Quality-check builds before launch (links, formats, destinations, tracking, event setup).
  • Act as a second set of eyes to catch mistakes before they go live.
  • Help maintain a high standard of execution across all client work.
  • Support reporting preparation and data hygiene (e.g., pulling data, checking consistency, organising inputs).
  • Assist the performance and growth teams with reporting inputs and checks.
  • Help keep internal documentation, trackers, and shared folders clean and up to date.
  • Assist with research tasks for creative and growth strategy.
  • Support experimentation by keeping inputs and outputs organised.
  • Help maintain internal tools and workflows (e.g., Asana, Notion), so nothing gets lost and nothing is duplicated.

Requirements:

  • This role does **not** require prior experience in growth, marketing, paid media, or agencies.
