Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager, B2B at Counsel Health translating complex healthcare tech into growth strategies. Partnering with teams to drive enterprise messaging and campaigns for healthcare technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously test messaging across campaigns, using performance data to refine how Counsel communicates its value.
- Produce high-impact assets, including white papers and case studies, that fuel demand generation, outbound sales efforts, and brand awareness.
- Own experimentation and optimization across key B2B growth channels, including LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales messaging, and media partner campaigns.
- Design and execute campaigns targeting enterprise buyers. Run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
- Create assets that support enterprise sales conversations and outbound email campaigns.
- Partner with the commercial team to develop high-quality thought leadership assets that position Counsel as a leader in AI-enabled primary care.
- Own day-to-day experimentation across LinkedIn Ads and other enterprise marketing channels, refining audience targeting, messaging, and creative to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Use product data, industry insights, and performance analytics to craft narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and differentiate Counsel in a rapidly evolving market.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing across product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or demand generation, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS.
- You have experience producing high-quality marketing and sales content and executive-level collateral.
- You can take complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- You are comfortable using data to guide experimentation and decision-making. You understand how to evaluate performance across campaigns, messaging tests, and growth channels.
- You have hands-on experience running or optimizing B2B marketing channels such as LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales campaigns, or demand generation programs.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable building processes, systems, and assets from scratch.
