Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager responsible for maximizing marketing channel performance through data-driven strategies in a fast-growing e-commerce startup. Collaborating across teams to enhance customer lifetime value and drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you ensure that our growth goals translate into concrete marketing results
  • You maximize the performance of our channels, strengthen customer retention and lifetime value
  • You are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives across our key marketing channels
  • You manage our agency partners in day-to-day operations, prioritize growth levers, and ensure agreed KPIs and quarterly targets are reliably met
  • You prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and concrete recommendations for action
  • You monitor the market, test new channels and tactics, and validate them against clearly defined success metrics
  • You work closely with colleagues from shop, CRO, procurement, logistics, and content

Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce
  • You bring a deep understanding of marketing unit economics
  • You can confidently interpret metrics such as CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER, and conversion rates
  • You go far beyond mere reporting: you identify root causes of funnel inefficiencies
  • You have strong initiative and take KPIs as your personal responsibility
  • You act not just as a coordinator but as a driver of growth
  • You think entrepreneurially and with a profit-orientation
  • You have a strong customer focus and understand the customer journey as well as the behavior of our target audiences
  • You are confident with common tools such as GA4, Meta/Google Ads, and an email/CRM tool
  • You can convince agencies and internal stakeholders with your data-driven recommendations
