Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager leading marketing strategy for AI-driven IDE software at fintech startup. Focus on organic growth, community engagement, and product marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the global marketing strategy with a strong focus on organic growth.
- Drive guerrilla marketing and community-led growth initiatives.
- Own the marketing budget: allocate spend efficiently to grow without unnecessary burn.
- Be accountable for clear user acquisition KPIs (key metrics: DAU and paying users).
- Ensure steady user growth, analyze performance, and continuously iterate on the strategy.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers in AI, development, and software niches (YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, etc.).
- Organize outsourced production of promo content: videos, reviews, product demos.
- Grow product presence across social media, blogs, and niche communities, and discover new organic channels.
- Manage external contractors: negotiations, timelines, quality control.
- Work closely with the product team to quickly get assets, insights, and feedback.
- Stay on top of trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth marketing (preferably in IT, AI, or tech startups).
- Strong understanding of guerrilla marketing and organic growth mechanics.
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on — from sourcing contractors to launching campaigns.
- Practical experience managing marketing budgets and acquiring users without large spends.
- Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem: where to find creators, how to negotiate, how to measure impact.
- Familiarity with developer and AI communities: Reddit, Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.
- Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative products.
- Ownership mindset and responsibility for hitting acquisition KPIs.
- English B2+ (for influencer outreach and content creation).
- Fluent Russian (for internal team communication).
