Job Description
GTM Partner with Sigma Software's AI Competence Center. Leading go-to-market strategy and defining AI service offers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and refine target ICPs for AI solutions
- Prioritise focus segments and deprioritise non-strategic ones
- Validate ICP assumptions using market feedback and deal data
- Shape outcome-oriented AI service offers aligned to buyer problems
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for priority ICPs
- Test GTM hypotheses through outbound, social selling, and targeted content
- Collect and analyse feedback from outreach and sales conversations
- Track GTM progress with clear documentation and metrics
- Create high-impact GTM assets, messaging frameworks, and case studies
Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing or GTM roles for B2B services or consulting
- Experience with market and buyer research
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-based offers
- Practical experience running outbound motions and lead generation collaboration
- Strong writing skills for POVs, offer descriptions, and outreach messaging
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
