Job Description
Responsable d'exploitation Airbnb développant l'activité de conciergerie locative courte durée d'ALB Conciergerie. Optimisation des annonces, gestion des voyageurs, coordination opérationnelle et prospection de propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel
- List and optimize property ads (photos, descriptions, SEO)
- Implement yield management and dynamic pricing
- Handle bookings and guest relations (messages, check-in, dispute resolution)
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties
- Manage activity through the ALB platform and receive owner inquiries in your area
- Build a portfolio of managed properties and potentially develop a team of City Managers
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Background in real estate, sales or another sector
- Motivation and autonomy of an independent contractor
- Desire to build long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
