Job Description
Responsable indépendant gérant et optimisant des locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie, réseau français de gestion immobilière. Développant un portefeuille de propriétaires et des revenus récurrents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings with photos, descriptions and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Monitor and run operations in real time via the ALB platform
- Potentially build a team of City Managers under sponsorship
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Motivation and ability to grow an independent business
- Background in real estate, sales/commerce or other sectors accepted
- Desire to build long-term recurring income
- Self-employed / independent contractor status required
- Comprehensive training provided
