Job Description
Responsable freelance gérant et optimisant des locations courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Développant un portefeuille de biens, la relation voyageurs et les revenus des propriétaires via Airbnb et Booking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel
- Create and optimize listings (photos, descriptions, SEO)
- Implement yield management and dynamic pricing
- Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins and dispute resolution
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your mentorship and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Background in real estate, sales, or another relevant sector
- Motivated and self-driven
- Desire the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of an established network
- Want to build long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
