Job Description

Head of Growth & Enablement focused on growth strategies and sales enablement at OurAssistants. Driving pipeline growth and optimizing revenue processes in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy, from lead generation to customer onboarding and activation.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to build scalable sales enablement programs, playbooks, and training.
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted business development initiatives and strategic outreach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, activation, pipeline velocity) to optimize processes and increase revenue.
  • Lead implementation and onboarding processes to ensure smooth customer experiences and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership to track growth performance and KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to inform go-to-market strategies and enablement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, growth, or revenue operations; startup experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience implementing sales enablement programs, onboarding workflows, or growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environment.
