Job Description
Health Program Incentives Manager coordinating provider incentives for health service delivery transformation. Collaborating with teams, ensuring compliance, and managing applications effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with broader team leadership on design and execution of a health provider incentive program
- Directs day-to-day provider incentive management program
- Develops application requirements in collaboration with the state client and ICF team leadership
- Oversees application submission and review process
- Ensures compliance with federal and state requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public administration, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing operational and technical requirements for competitive grant applications
- Prior experience supervising staff
