Job Description

Health Program Incentives Manager coordinating provider incentives for health service delivery transformation. Collaborating with teams, ensuring compliance, and managing applications effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with broader team leadership on design and execution of a health provider incentive program
  • Directs day-to-day provider incentive management program
  • Develops application requirements in collaboration with the state client and ICF team leadership
  • Oversees application submission and review process
  • Ensures compliance with federal and state requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, public administration, social sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing operational and technical requirements for competitive grant applications
  • Prior experience supervising staff
