Job Description

Healthcare Concierge coordinating pharmacy and resident care for AllCare.ai’s AI-powered assisted-living healthcare platform. Managing facility outreach, medication reconciliation, schedules, and cross-team issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of California-based Assisted Living communities as the named Primary or Secondary Care Partner
  • Run the outbound workflow, including callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach
  • Review and reconcile medication records using AI tooling
  • Flag drug interactions, dosage concerns, and medication discrepancies to clinical teams
  • Keep facility census data accurate and current across AllCare systems
  • Confirm provider schedules directly with facility contacts
  • Handle patient documents, delivery coordination, and cycle updates with pharmacy partners
  • Follow up on AI Concierge tasks, resolve open issues, and conduct proactive facility and family outreach
  • Coordinate with Routing, Clinic, and Launch Lead teams to ensure requests are assigned and closed on time
  • Escalate issues appropriately to the Lead or Director
  • Serve as the relationship backbone for facilities, residents, and families supported by AllCare.ai's AI-powered healthcare delivery platform

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a healthcare-related field, such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, patient services, clinical operations, pharmacy, healthcare administration, medical customer service, or US-facing healthcare/BPO
  • New graduates in a healthcare-related field with strong English communication skills and a customer-first mindset will be considered
  • Fluent written and spoken English; neutral accent preferred, with clarity and warmth required
  • Based in Panama with valid work authorization
  • Availability for the US holiday calendar and US Pacific week
  • Comfort with CRM, task management, communication platforms, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Detail-oriented, process-disciplined, and calm under pressure
  • Stable home internet, quiet workspace, and dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work
  • Nice to have: prior US-client experience, familiarity with US pharmacy workflows, US drug brand names, and US insurance basics
  • Nice to have: experience in a Primary/Secondary account coverage model or named-account service model
