Job Description

Recruiter for allied healthcare professionals, supporting sourcing, screening, and hiring in the Philippines. Collaborating with account managers to ensure recruitment success.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified allied healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or hiring teams
  • Maintain strong knowledge of allied healthcare roles and credentialing requirements
  • Verify certifications, licenses, and other pre-employment documentation as required
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified allied healthcare talent
  • Communicate effectively with account managers to align recruitment priorities and hiring needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in healthcare or allied health recruitment
  • Strong understanding of allied healthcare specialties, including: Radiology Technologists (MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound)
  • Cath Lab Technicians
  • Respiratory Therapists
  • Clinical Laboratory Professionals
  • Pharmacists
  • Therapists (Physical, Occupational, Speech)
  • Healthcare Social Workers and related roles
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with US healthcare staffing processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
