Job Description
Healthcare Recruitment Specialist responsible for sourcing qualified healthcare professionals for staffing needs. Collaborating with team members to build a pipeline for future recruitment in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify qualified healthcare professionals using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future healthcare staffing needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage potential candidates, providing them with information about job opportunities and the organization.
- Track and manage candidate data and interactions using the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organization skills which work both for you as an individual and within a team setting.
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and qualifications.
