Job Description
Manager in Human Resources at Ford, focusing on attracting and retaining executive talent. Collaborating across teams to build talent pipelines and engaging diverse candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of active and passive executive recruiting needs.
- Continuously seek out and engage with talent in all disciplines.
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines
- Research and talent-map target companies
- Partner with Senior Executive Recruiters, HR and Hiring Executives to build candidate profiles and search strategies
- Help prepare candidate presentations to Executive Recruiters, HR & Hiring Executives
- Complete special projects as needed and lend your expertise in one or more areas of specialization (sourcing, recruitment process, etc.)
- Be intellectually curious, continuously learning about the Ford business, our competitors, and the markets we work in to allow you to tell the Ford “story” to engage with passive candidates
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Talent Acquisition colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of demonstrated success attracting and recruiting executive level talent.
- 3+ years of executive search experience in search firm or corporate settings
- Proficient with enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other recruiting tools/technology
