Job Description
Recruiter focusing on sourcing and recruitment processes at Cardinal Education to attract high-quality talent. Working with hiring managers to fill roles effectively and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive sourcing efforts across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies) to build strong talent pipelines
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers
- Conduct independent searches for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
- Assist employees and candidates with HR-related inquiries
- Run hiring and HR reports, including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics
- Participate in virtual job fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and talent mapping
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill or niche roles, ideally across multiple industries
- Experience hiring for US-based roles and familiarity with US employment practices
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/HRIS tools like Salesforce or BambooHR)
- Must be able to work in a US time zone (PST) and commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week
