Job Description

HR Business Partner responsible for payroll and HR support for Canadian operations. Ensuring compliance and managing employee lifecycle processes with a focus on exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support and payroll administration for Canadian operations.
  • Ensures compliance with provincial and federal regulations, manages employee lifecycle processes, and oversees benefits, payroll, and office administration.
  • Processes onboarding and terminations for Canadian employees.
  • Maintains HR reporting to management, liaising with employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Canadian payroll and benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Employeur D) and ERP systems (Business Central) is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (bilingual preferred).
  • CHRP designation or equivalent is an asset.
