Job Description
Human Resources Operations – Senior Process Associate providing HR support across EMEA. Driving quality performance goals and process improvements in the HR administrative function.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent and professional support to associates across EMEA region
- Responsible with the knowledge transfer (end to end process, tools, process flow, market specifics)
- Support of HR in the HR administrative function and payroll activities
- Is the primary point of contact between HR and employees
- Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities
- Prepare necessary documents for employees
- Review/Audit HRO transactions to provide expert opinion on whether the transaction follows policies
- Work closely with Operations Team to provide feedback on quality
- Conduct Quality meetings with the team to analyze errors
- Drive accountability with team leads to meet quality performance goals
- Ensure self-expertise of subject matter
- Indulge in nurturing new hires & tenured bottom performers
- Contribute towards the process of ‘define, update, innovate’ quality frameworks
- Actively re-review decision accuracy audits
- Implementation and effective usage of different Quality Check Tools
- Contribute towards overall process improvement ideas
Requirements:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor / Master´s degree
- Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient Dutch and English (C1)
- Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers
- Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data
- Prioritization capability
- Privacy management
- Knowledge of labor law and payroll
- You have experience in working in the HR / Administration Team
- Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset
- Previous experience working in Shared Services
