Job Description

HR Manager supporting operational development and leadership guidance at coeo. Focusing on strategic HR processes and employee development in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted sparring partner, you advise our managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • You develop HR strategies and implement them effectively
  • You actively contribute to HR projects and special topics
  • You support personnel development measures and are responsible for overseeing absence management
  • Support in preparing analyses and statistics (HR reporting)

Requirements:

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in a consultancy-oriented HR role, with direct responsibility for advising managers
  • Solid knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
  • Practical experience in managing and developing HR processes and systems (e.g., Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
