Job Description

Generalist II managing CX operational services independently at Nightingale Education Group. Focused on data integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage collaborator inquiries across multiple CX operational topics.
  • Apply intake, triage, and escalation workflows accurately and consistently.
  • Identify recurring issues and surface trends to support operational improvements.
  • Execute CX operational processes across the collaborator lifecycle with minimal supervision.
  • Support implementation of new workflows, tools, or service standards.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and perform routine data quality checks.
  • Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and correcting discrepancies.
  • Execute processes in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately.
  • Other duties as assigned to support Collaborator Experience operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent HR operations experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, service delivery models, and compliance basics.
