Job Description

HR Operations Specialist performing human resources services and managing time and attendance. Supporting employee inquiries and compliance processes for Cargill with a focus on data administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides information to employees and managers to address questions
  • Analyzes internal and external research to maintain knowledge of industry trends
  • Monitors employee related legislation compliance
  • Leads projects related to process optimization
  • Maintains and reconciles employee related data
  • Monitors and ensures implementation of processes
  • Supports the partnership with key vendors

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
