Job Description
HR Business Partner serving as a strategic partner to leaders at Intermountain Health. Managing employee relations and providing HR solutions to support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic human resources partner to leaders
- Develop, implement, and support HR solutions aligned with People strategies
- Manage employee relations cases and investigations
- Coach leaders to improve team engagement and culture
- Provide HR subject matter expertise across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in leveraging HR practices to drive successful business results
- Experience in a Human Resources role with autonomy, critical thinking, and application of labor laws
- Prior experience conducting thorough employee relations investigations as an HR professional
- Ability to manage a large workload with autonomy in a remote-based team
