Job Description

HR Business Partner serving as a strategic partner to leaders at Intermountain Health. Managing employee relations and providing HR solutions to support business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic human resources partner to leaders
  • Develop, implement, and support HR solutions aligned with People strategies
  • Manage employee relations cases and investigations
  • Coach leaders to improve team engagement and culture
  • Provide HR subject matter expertise across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in leveraging HR practices to drive successful business results
  • Experience in a Human Resources role with autonomy, critical thinking, and application of labor laws
  • Prior experience conducting thorough employee relations investigations as an HR professional
  • Ability to manage a large workload with autonomy in a remote-based team
