Job Description

HR Business Partner role executing HR strategies and supporting talent development in a growing consultancy. Engaging with employees and enhancing HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the Human Resources team at Wavestone
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of HR processes
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees
  • Produce HR reports
  • Raise employee awareness of HR policies
  • Participate in the management of HR development projects

Requirements:

  • Student at a leading business school or university
  • Proven adaptability and organizational skills across diverse environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability
  • Ability to take a step back and apply structured thinking
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and team-minded
  • Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
