Job Description
HR Business Partner role executing HR strategies and supporting talent development in a growing consultancy. Engaging with employees and enhancing HR processes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Join the Human Resources team at Wavestone
- Contribute to the design and rollout of HR processes
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees
- Produce HR reports
- Raise employee awareness of HR policies
- Participate in the management of HR development projects
Requirements:
- Student at a leading business school or university
- Proven adaptability and organizational skills across diverse environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability
- Ability to take a step back and apply structured thinking
- Results-oriented, proactive, and team-minded
- Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
