Job Description

HR Compliance Lead ensuring compliance with employment laws for Driven Brands. Conducts audits, risk assessments, and collaborates with various teams to mitigate HR compliance risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable employment laws
  • Lead audits, identify compliance risks
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments across HR programs
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations
  • Audit timekeeping practices and meal/rest break compliance
  • Educate HRBP on common compliance risks and best practices
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
  • 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment or Shared Services Center of Excellence required
  • Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
  • HRIS system experience and knowledge required, Workday and Service Now required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
