Job Description
HR Compliance Lead ensuring compliance with employment laws for Driven Brands. Conducts audits, risk assessments, and collaborates with various teams to mitigate HR compliance risks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable employment laws
- Lead audits, identify compliance risks
- Conduct compliance risk assessments across HR programs
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations
- Audit timekeeping practices and meal/rest break compliance
- Educate HRBP on common compliance risks and best practices
- Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
- 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment or Shared Services Center of Excellence required
- Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
- HRIS system experience and knowledge required, Workday and Service Now required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
