Job Description

HR Generalist responsible for HR processes including talent management and onboarding at The ODP Corporation. Collaborating with HR teams to drive associate engagement and program development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support including talent management and performance management
  • Assist in the development, delivery and coordination of HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Managers to develop programs that promote a positive work environment
  • Ensure appropriate onboarding process of new employees
  • Counsel managers about training opportunities and Professional Growth Plans
  • Manage location-based annual Affirmative Action Plans
  • Advise managers on application of Company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • 3+ years of work experience in the HR field including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding / offboarding, record keeping and compliance
  • Preferred: Oracle HCM experience; experience generating regular and ad-hoc reports tailored to HR metrics
  • Special Certifications: PHR, SPHR or GPHR
  • Technical Competencies & Information Systems: MS Office, Visio, HRM Systems (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
