Job Description

Intern in HR focusing on marketing and recruiting at U-Glow GmbH. Responsible for managing recruiting processes and onboarding new colleagues while supporting online marketing tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • You take full ownership of the entire recruiting process: from creating job postings and screening applications to coordinating interviews
  • You actively help shape the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a smooth and successful start
  • You support online marketing, create creative content for various social media channels, and contribute your own ideas
  • You participate in short team meetings and work closely with different departments

Requirements:

  • You are studying business, psychology, social sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on HR or personnel management
  • You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a good sense of their needs
  • You are self-motivated, organized, and able to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
  • You enjoy taking on new challenges and finding creative solutions
  • You have excellent German and good English skills
