Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist for MarketFully Group, focusing on sourcing freelance talents globally while collaborating with project management teams. Involves negotiation and vendor management for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to our Head of Vendor Management, collaborate closely with Project Management, and Sales teams to translate business needs into actionable sourcing briefs and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies.
- Build and nurture agile talent pools for roles in writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.
- Screen and qualify freelancers for specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment.
- Lead robust rate negotiations, ensuring we're securing top talent while managing costs and margins.
- Facilitate fast onboarding and compliance to activate freelancers quickly across global markets.
- Keep our pipelines and databases updated, organized, and ready to meet fast-arising business demands.
- Maintain regular reports for sourcing stats, open roles, pipeline health, and support commercial teams with transparency around feasibility and risks.
- Operate independently, taking ownership of your workload, identifying process improvements, and driving efficient sourcing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (with heavy sourcing or freelance/vendor focus).
- Exceptionally strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of cost-efficient sourcing.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage yourself independently and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong ability to balance operational needs with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.
- Data management skills are highly desirable.
- High proficiency to native level in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
