Job Description
Human Resources Specialist managing employee lifecycle and recruitment tasks fully remotely. Supporting compliance, employee relations, and HR documentation for a distributed workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating virtual interviews
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking
- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures
- Track employee performance, evaluations, and training initiatives
- Generate HR reports and assist with audits as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience supporting a remote or international workforce (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus (preferred)
