Job Description

Implementation Manager deploying SafelyYou’s AI, hardware, and clinical services for U.S. senior-living communities. Leading customer onboarding, technical installations, training, and cross-functional project delivery through go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SafelyYou advocate, ensuring a smooth customer experience from the late stage sales cycle through the launch of services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and community locations throughout implementation
  • Manage a portfolio of implementation projects, delivering results on time, on schedule, and within budgets
  • Lead virtual and onsite tours and travel as needed to understand technical requirements for project planning, resourcing, logistics, and installation execution
  • Collaborate with teams to document and design the Scope of Work with accurate technical and implementation details
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical success, account management/sales, AI, engineering, marketing, and finance
  • Support communities throughout onboarding, including weekly status calls, opt-in/consent strategies, user account creation, education, training, and technical platform support
  • Conduct weekly training sessions to prepare communities and stakeholders for go-live
  • Manage procurement of project materials with supply chain
  • Drive projects forward, overcome daily challenges, and provide a strong customer experience
  • Train installation vendors and review completed work for quality requirements
  • Provide remote implementation support for installers and other contacts
  • Support post-implementation troubleshooting as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Manager, Implementation Manager, or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing improvements
  • Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Top-notch communication skills and ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience implementing technology in environments requiring networking knowledge
  • Experience architecting solutions and integrations for diverse customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, ideally with your own vehicle
  • Ability to occasionally lift heavy equipment
