Job Description
Incident Engagement Manager coordinating BEC and Data Mining projects for MOXFIVE. Partnering with technical teams and leading incident response efforts for sensitive data issues.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Data Mining projects from start to finish
- Partner with technical teams, forensic investigators, and client leadership
- Ensure every step is documented, every deadline is met, and every communication is clear, timely, and actionable
- Manage priorities, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Support for other Incident Response projects as needed
- Bring structure, coordination, and confidence to situations where accuracy and timeliness are critical
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management or coordination experience (professional services or consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing updates
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, legal counsel, and client stakeholders
- Comfortable working flexible hours to meet client needs during active projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
