Job Description
Growth Manager building OKX’s European crypto influencer roster and content operations. Driving PR amplification, KOL deals, market reporting, and rapid sentiment response for OKX.
Responsibilities:
- Build OKX Europe’s local influencer program from zero to hero
- Build and manage a curated roster of Tier 1–2 crypto, FinTech, and finance voices in key European markets
- Map and rank Tier 1 targets by market, channel, and verified follower count, excluding existing Affiliate programme participants
- Identify competitor amplifiers and track top finance/crypto podcast charts per market
- Conduct direct outreach and manage the inbound portal pipeline
- Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs
- Build and maintain campaign brief templates for launches, promo pushes, and always-on education
- Maintain localized asset kits with visuals, approved claims, risk warnings, and disclosure wording
- Distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly narrative refreshes to the roster
- Own reporting on impressions, reach, engagement, and positive share of voice per market
- Operate a 24-hour response system for sentiment events
Requirements:
- Years running an influencer or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech or payments
- Experience building a ranked outreach target list from scratch, including real follower verification and competitor amplifier mapping
- Ability to negotiate and retain creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis
- Data-driven experience tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and other performance metrics
- Comfort being measured on SOV, sentiment, and response speed rather than conversion or ROAS
- Native or fluent in at least one EEA market language, plus English
- Existing relationships with crypto/finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in at least one key European market is a strong plus
- Understanding of local EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements
- Ability to ensure content follows brand and compliance guidelines
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills across Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Brand teams
- Team collaboration with Affiliate BD teams
- No educational credential explicitly required
