Job Description

Influencer marketing manager driving creator campaigns and CAIT operations for VaynerMedia, a global integrated creative and media agency. Managing talent sourcing, client campaigns, production quality, contracts, and margins.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the EMEA CAIT team, focusing on priority markets UK and Germany, and report to the VP of CAIT EMEA
  • Manage influencer marketing work from initial brainstorming through external CAIT profile engagement and final asset production
  • Ensure output is relevant, high quality, and optimized for views
  • Project manage strategy and operations for sourcing diverse creators and talent for client brand channels
  • Integrate the external CAIT network into AIM and PAC workflows to drive Production Excellence
  • Manage key accounts and drive efficiencies and proactive problem solving across social media advertising, CAIT, production, live shopping, experiential, and incremental ideas
  • Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership on CAIT-led campaigns
  • Translate brand concepts into casting strategies based on diversity, volume, and authenticity
  • Pitch CAIT-led concepts with Creative to drive business results
  • Apply creative effectiveness and commercial safety standards to delivered assets
  • Contribute to CAIT team operations and work autonomously when needed
  • Handle contract negotiations, payment processing, and project timelines
  • Monitor project financial health and optimize workflows, revisions, asset volume, and margins

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management
  • Creative/Operator Hybrid: taste level to improve creative work and operational ability to manage the budget and timeline behind it
  • Comfortable articulating the business value of creators and defending creative decisions with clients
  • Understanding of content-production friction points based on hands-on experience
  • Social-first mindset ensuring output meets the Vayner standard of excellence
  • Ownership and accountability for actions and impact
  • Ability to deliver clear, direct, fair, and empathetic feedback
  • Ability to lead complex conversations and presentations and gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate difficult conversations effectively
  • Collaborative “Yes, And” mindset valuing all voices
  • Must be authorized to work in Germany
