Job Description
Inside Sales Agent driving credit insurance sales at Allianz Trade. Focusing on outbound outreach to build a pipeline and meet sales KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold outreach to prospective businesses to generate new appointments.
- Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified discovery meetings.
- Research company details, industry trends, and financial indicators to prepare for calls.
- Clearly communicate the Allianz Trade value proposition to engage and qualify prospects with high-level business owners and decision makers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of appointments within assigned, licensed region.
- Document all outreach, interactions, and outcomes in Salesforce with accuracy and consistency.
- Implement strategic prospecting and targeting techniques to improve personal results.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, IRP, and other prospecting tools to identify and engage target companies.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Agents and the Direct Sales Force team members to align outreach with regional objectives.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, appointments set, and conversion quality.
- Provide innovative and strategic ideas that help drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Ability to secure and maintain the required state insurance license within 60 days of hire or promotion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform consistent outreach in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
- Coachable, responsive to feedback, and able to adopt new processes quickly.
- Professionalism, resilience, and comfort handling objections.
- Data analysis and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to insurance, financial services, or B2B environments; 2-3 years preferred.
- Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI Data Analysis (Microsoft) Copilot ChatGPT
