Job Description
Sales Consultant in Inside Sales for ABRACOMEX, focusing on medical postgraduate sales and engaging leads through multiple channels. Responsible for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp and other channels;
- Present courses clearly, concisely and persuasively;
- Quickly identify lead profiles and match them with the appropriate offer;
- Follow the service script and telephone sales techniques;
- Execute follow-ups according to the defined cadence;
- Handle a high volume of daily calls;
- Log interactions and progress in the CRM;
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for contacts, conversions and enrollments;
- Maintain a strong focus on closing sales.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
- Previous sales experience (experience in education, outbound call centers, telesales or inside sales is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of CRM, spreadsheets and digital tools
- Good verbal communication and clear diction
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with scripts and commercial arguments
- Results-oriented with a commercial mindset
- Autonomy and organization in daily sales activities
- Experience working with aggressive targets and accountability for results; ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and good interpersonal skills
