Job Description

Sales Consultant focusing on medical post-graduation at Ebramed. Responsible for proactive sales and lead management in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active and inbound prospecting of healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, physical therapists, biomedical scientists, etc.)
  • Provide consultative advising, identifying each candidate's profile and needs to recommend the most suitable course
  • Clearly and persuasively explain the courses' differentiators and added value
  • Manage pipeline and sales funnel in the CRM, ensuring appropriate cadence, follow-up, and conversion
  • Negotiate and close enrollments, ensuring a positive and ethical customer experience
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, time to close, and average ticket value
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and other departments, sharing best practices and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields)
  • Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or high-value product segments
  • Experience working with targets and performance metrics
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools: CRM, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, or similar
  • Preferred: Knowledge of postgraduate structures (MEC regulations, Lato Sensu, distance-learning and on-campus modalities) and experience in student recruitment
