Job Description
Inside Sales Associate responsible for managing sales, prospecting, and customer relationships in the Pro AV industry. Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S or Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails, qualifying leads for existing accounts.
- Manage named direct and indirect accounts by building relationships, creating brand awareness, requesting referrals, and offering educational opportunities.
- Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager, ensuring a smooth and cohesive sales process.
- Regularly close sales to achieve annual quotas.
- Assist with sales support tasks, including preparing presentations and proposals.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in Pro AV or IT industry highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and people skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks and navigate stressful situations.
- Aptitude for maximizing call time and personalizing follow-up communications.
- Comfortable working remotely from a home office.
