Job Description

Inside Sales Representative selling chromatography and spectroscopy solutions to clients in various sectors. Fully remote for France or based in Barcelona depending on the candidate's situation.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by responding to inbound requests (customer inquiries, responses to tenders/RFPs, etc.) and proactively generating new opportunities via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Analyze and respond to customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through direct contact with end users, and cultivate relationships with new prospects
  • Track activity and provide sales forecasts for your territory by keeping our CRM tools up to date
  • Manage your sales portfolio
  • Collaborate with our field sales and technical teams

Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, etc.)
  • Prior experience with analytical techniques in chromatography (GC, LC, HPLC, etc.) and/or spectroscopy
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken French, and a good level of English to communicate internally and follow our technical and sales training
