Job Description
Remote inside sales representative handling inbound calls and warm leads for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Matching customers with appropriate coverages and converting leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers about their insurance needs
- Match customers with appropriate coverages, products and benefits
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
- Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs
- Begin paid remote training from day one
- Complete insurance licensing training when needed
- Work in an office or from home while adapting to schedules and policyholder needs
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty Insurance License; training provided if not currently licensed
- Must reside in specified hiring locations
- Must remain in resident state for at least one year before relocating
- Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
- Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk
- Wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds
- No satellite or mobile internet services
- Must be able to work the specified shifts
