Job Description

Inside Sales Specialist conducting outbound telesales to develop customer relationships for Cencora. Collaborating with team and maintaining data integrity in CRM while meeting productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to targeted customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct prospecting calls to recruit new customers
  • Access inventory and order entry platform to assist customers
  • Participate in daily team huddles and role-play scenarios
  • Enter and maintain data integrity in CRM software
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support inside sales team and perform related duties
  • Meet performance standards for productivity and sales growth

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a commission-based selling environment
  • Exposure to business administration, accountancy, sales, and marketing
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to seek out business
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
  • Articulate and courteous phone manner
  • Good mathematical and decision-making skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
