Job Description
ISV Partner Account Manager engaging with partners on Acronis’ cloud-based solutions. Driving partner success and maximizing revenue potential across various business segments and product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Align with partners on go-to-market strategy for Acronis’ cloud-based solutions.
- Work effectively across segments (Corp, OEM, MSP) and lines of business (Platform, Backup, Deployment, Disaster Recovery, PSA, RMM) to maximize partner revenue potential.
- Partner executive-level engagement and quarterly business reviews.
- Channel Incentive target setting in accordance with WW guidelines.
- Marketing execution planning and effective management of marketing budgets.
- Lead sales execution and ensure engagement excellence.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales management calls with each Top Partner category/sales manager.
- Forecasting accurately expected revenues/activation from run rates and managed pipeline.
- Ensure partner training and readiness goals have been completed.
- Engage in initiatives to raise understanding and develop knowledge of the partner business.
- Support cloud aggregators in reselling Acronis products to their MSP base.
- Collaborate with Acronis sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance partner success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing global and/or national Channel Partners.
- 8+ years of total channel sales/account management experience.
- A deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider market and ISVs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to sell through and sell with others and high-energy personality to deliver results, both in terms of quality and quantity or revenues.
- Proven history of attaining annual revenue targets through a partner territory of $2M to $5M+.
- Strong infrastructure/systems/storage software or cloud services sales experience.
- Solid strategic business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills.
- Strong executive presence.
- Excellent Channel Sales forecasting and modeling skills.
- Ability to develop, implement, execute, and manage an annual channel partner business plan.
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
- Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented, with excellent planning and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Management of daily activities through CRM application (Salesforce).
