Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter at Turing managing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions. Working in a high-growth environment and collaborating with stakeholders for alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
  • Conduct intake meetings and define hiring strategy with stakeholders
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and niche platforms
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical capability and culture fit
  • Manage the interview process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and influence hiring decisions
  • Lead offer negotiations and candidate closing conversations
  • Provide market intelligence (compensation benchmarks, talent mapping, competitor insights)
  • Track pipeline metrics and maintain ATS hygiene (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Continuously improve hiring processes for speed and quality

Requirements:

  • 4 - 8+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle hiring independently
  • Experience hiring for Engineering, AI/ML, Corporate roles, Data, Security, or other technical roles
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
  • Exposure to India/US/global hiring is a strong plus
  • Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping)
  • ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
