Job Description
Freelance IT Recruiter for Welyk redefining tech recruitment and focusing on quality process and matching. Collaborating closely with developers and mentors in a relaxed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gestione della pipeline di candidati in arrivo tramite annunci, marketing, eventi, post social, communities
- Conduzione di colloqui di primo screening con approccio tecnico
- Presentazione candidati idonei ai clienti con report qualitativi
- Costruire relazioni efficaci con i candidati
Requirements:
- Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni nella ricerca e selezione di figure IT
- Capacità di selezionare profili tecnici (Developer, Devops, Data, Cloud, Architect, ecc.)
- Autonomia, gestione del tempo, proattività, esperienza in lavoro da remoto
- Conoscenza dell'inglese
- già in possesso di P IVA
