Job Description

Junior HR Admin Specialist managing contractor details and HR tasks. Validating documents and facilitating engagement initiatives in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Add and update contractors details in HRIS and ensures accuracy of HRIS and other HR-related trackers.
  • Validate medical certificates and power/internet interruption
  • Respond to queries and requests to provide HR guidance and consults with line managers when appropriate
  • Accurately process Contracts
  • Accurately and timely process HR Admin tasks as assigned.
  • Work closely with management and contractors to improve work relationships,
  • Participate in crafting HR-related policies and in analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Participate in facilitating, monitoring, and evaluation of engagement initiatives
  • Plan and arrange engagement activities such as Project-Ordering, monitoring, drafting posters using Canva.
  • Perform other related tasks, as may be requested from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Good English communications skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate with all levels of authority.
  • Proficient in Google Suit: Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms etc.
  • Able to work independently, highly driven, team player.
  • With positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
  • Highly organized and keen on details.
